After focusing my approach on physical preparation for many years, I began naturally integrating the mental aspects of training through my personal experiences. The mental trainer course was, for me, a logical continuation of development in my professional career. Therefore, I chose to follow the D.U Coaching and Mental Performance training at the University of Dijon in 2017. After a year of study, I validated this training by obtaining this University Diploma with distinction. During this training, I discovered the Target Method, which I draw inspiration from on a daily basis.
The University Diploma and the Target Method® mainly target the sports and business worlds.
Like a good number of confirmed former sportsmen, my orientation is mainly based on athletic support and training, but not solely.
One issue that was close to my heart was weight loss and the principle that it can lead to improved mental and physical health. Having struggled with weight issues in my youth and overcoming this struggle, I know first-hand how difficult it can be, but not only that. . . I realize that today a good number of problems of our bodies come from the conditions of our minds and of our lifestyles.
There is no change without motivation, and motivation arises from desire, awareness, and reflection.
My goal as a coach, is to accompany you with complete confidentiality, respect, and kindness.
Experience has shown that a commitment to such an approach brings stable and lasting positive results.
Take your place, and dare to assert yourself! You do not have to stuggle alone.
